Supporting our dealers helps to promote Michael's work and gives us the opportunity to show it at more events and locations than we ourselves can attend. We strive to offer the best quality reproductions, as well as service, possible. We welcome your feedback. We usually ship your order within a couple of days, however, at times due to family obligations and other commitments, we are unable to do so. Because of this, we ask for up to 4 weeks for delivery, and appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have a specific delivery date or deadline, such as a special occasion, please email or call us and we'll do our best to meet your needs.


Our Guarantee to You

Much time and care is put into reproducing Michael's work and we are very proud of the quality. Each Limited Edition Print, Artist Proof with Custom Remarque, and Gallery Edition Canvas is inspected by Michael personally and is 100% guaranteed by us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll make it right. If your order is damaged or lost during shipping (although this is a very rare occurrence), please contact us immediately. We will replace your Limited Edition Print, Artist Proof or Gallery Edition Canvas and deal with FedEx or the postal service, ourselves. Lost or damaged Certificates of Authenticity can be replaced.

Our Packaging

Michael packages each Limited Edition Print and Artist Proof himself, as it is ordered. Your Print/Artist Proof is rolled in a poly-sleeve, inserted in a 1/8" thick wall cardboard tube which is then packaged in a box. Gallery Edition Canvases are shipped stretched (gallery wrapped) and ready to hang (in North America), and rolled for international orders. A Note to Our Canadian Clients

Due to the fluctuations in the value of the Canadian dollar, all prices on our website are in US dollars and are processed through PayPal at the current rate of exchange. If you live in Canada, you can have your purchase processed in Canadian dollars at par by doing one of the following: 

    • To complete your order online, email autoart@michaelirvine.com and we will send you a PayPal Invoice in Canadian dollars at par. Please include which province you are in and the name of the piece(s) you would like to order.
    • Or call us toll free at 1-800-361-5484. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    • Or mail a cheque/money order to PO Box 20091, St. Catharines, ON  L2M 7W7

Please note, Canadian orders are GST/HST applicable. SHIPPING IS FREE. Canadian orders are shipped from St. Catharines, Ontario, so no duty or customs fees apply.


Privacy Policy

We don't share. Your information, that is. You can rest assured that we won't share any of your information with anyone else. 

  • We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, or subscribe to our "New Release Emails" (which are only sent when Michael releases a new painting, or a new product in his Signature Collection and include Special Introductory Pricing offers).
  • When you register on our site or place an order, you are automatically included in our "New Release Emails".
  • We do not send out a Newsletter or any other advertising or promotional emails. You can expect 4 to 10 emails per year from us—two for each new painting or Signature Collection product: announcing the new piece, and a reminder near the end of Special Introductory Pricing offer.
  • If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future "New Release Emails", you can email us at autoart@michaelirvine.com and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence. You can also choose 'unsubscribe' when you receive an email from us.
  • When you place an order, shipping is processed through FedEx, USPS or Canada Post. Along with your shipping address, we give them your email in order for you to receive tracking information.
  • We will never ask for additional personal information, only your name, address and email address.
  • We do not store your credit card information—online orders are processed through PayPal.
  • We only sell Michael Irvine's artwork and merchandise. We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website. Nor do we send emails on anyone else's behalf.
